Floor Plan & Measurement Disclaimer: Floor plans and Gross Living Area (GLA) calculations are generated using CubiCasa technology and are intended to provide reliable estimates of property dimensions and square footage. While prepared using ANSI measurement standards where applicable, all measurements are approximate and should be independently verified when exact dimensions are required.

Travel Fees
Bookings may be subject to travel fees based on the property location.
Bookings requiring travel over 50 miles on a round-trip basis, will be charged $0.725 per mile. (Per the 2026 IRS Travel Reimbursement Rate)
Minimum Booking Fee
A minimum booking fee of $100 applies to all assignments. If the total cost of requested services is less than $100, the minimum booking fee of $100 will apply.
Late Cancellation and Rescheduling
Bookings that are canceled same-day or require rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.
Homes that are not prepared for the scheduled photoshoot may also require a rescheduled appointment.
A $100 reschedule/cancellation fee may apply to:

*Property Readiness
The property should be ready for photography and media capture at the scheduled appointment time.
The responsible party should ensure that:
Property access is available
The property is clean and reasonably prepared
Necessary rooms and areas are accessible
Pets are secured
Construction or maintenance activities do not interfere with the booking
Utilities and lighting are operational when necessary
The property is ready to be photographed at the scheduled appointment time
If the property is not ready upon arrival and the appointment cannot proceed, the booking may be subject to the applicable reschedule fee.
